End Game

The endgame is the part of the chess game that finishes up the game. You win the endgame by using the advantages you have gained in the middlegame. However, in the endgame, despite the small amount of pieces, you must think a lot. One little blunder could cost you the game.

The endgame is all about winning pawns. To win pawns, you have to have advantages and active pieces. You must win pawns so can get passed pawns. When a pawn reaches the back rank, it can turn into a knight, bishop, rook, or queen.

Endgame, in my opinion, is the most important part of the game. Some endgames are hard to win and some are easy. Try your hand against these puzzles which will help you master endgames.
